Note: Nice. The loss is finally happening consistently. I haven't been logging my workouts or meals but I'm being loose in both my workouts and eating right now. I will continue to do so until after Mardi Gras. The Roubaix is the following weekend and that event will kick off phase 2 of the year. I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now.
