I'm changing the focus of this log. I obviously haven't held up my fitness & nutrition regiment BUT I just purchased a bicycle for commuting, so I am going to focus on my daily commutes, longer rides and some nutrition.
My new goals are:
- Ride every day of the week, 10 miles each day
- 4-5 good small meals per day
- drink only coffee (no more than 1 large per day), water, skim milk, diet sodas (no more than 1 per day)
- only 1 cheat day per week
- Ride the MS150 in October
We'll see how well I can keep it up!
