I'm sitting here salivating over this year's official New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival food list. Here's what I'm interested in this year:

Creole’s Stuffed Bread
Meat Pies, baby. Shit, I'm a vegetarian, and I can't say no to Natchitoches. Mmmmmmmmm, meat pies.

one of my favorites is missing from the website's listings; vietnamese shrimp vermicelli salad! i hope it is just a mistake. ohh, i can't imagine jazz fest without it.
