Beans and rice. My favorite lately has been white beans and rice with sausage, any pickled vegetable around the kitchen, and bread with goat's milk butter.

Yes, White Beans and Sausage has been a big one for me as well. With chopped green onions. I've also been diggin on pintos and black beans.
