I'm starting this tracking thing up again. I'm back to 235 after the birth of our daughter. I'm using the Primal Blueprint to lose at least 20 lbs. It's a fitness and nutrition plan that emphasizes low intesnity, distance exercise, while also reducing sugar and grains from the diet. If it stresses me out too much or I don't get any accelerated results I'll go back to the old tried and true plan.
