Well, it's a new year and I'm ready to get back up on the horse and ride again. I haven't had a drink or a cigarette since New Year's Eve and tonight my new diet regimen begins.
So here are the rules for my newest lifechange, and they aren't much different from earlier successful attempts:
Rules:
5 Small Meals per day
3 Servings Fruits & Veggies
8 Servings of water per day
Water, Skim Milk, Coffee and Tea ONLY to drink
Cook or Prepare every meal possible
High reliance on unprocessed whole foods
Track all meals, workouts & progress on Life Improvement blog
NO:
Butter
Sugar
Processed Grains (white rice, white flour, etc.)
Fitness Schedule:
Monday
Calisthenics
Tuesday
City Park Training Ride
Wednesday
Calisthenics
Thursday
Lake Training Ride
Friday
Rest Day
(cheat day)
Saturday
Long Lake or River Ride
Sunday
Rest Day
I'm psyched up and feeling great about this decision. I'm ready to scrap it out this year to get back in shape.
