I'm going to close out this year much stronger than I closed it. My initial idea was to:
Quit drinking & smoking, eat 5 small healthy meals per day, and workout 5 days per week
I succeeded in quitting smoking and I drink MUCH less than I used to. It took me 9 months or so to finally get back into working out as a habit but I'm finally here. The last piece I need to work on is nutrition but that is coming along nicely as well. (I just finished a turkey & swiss sandwich on wheat with dill pickles and almonds on the side.)
