Thanks for displaing a more accurate portrail of Mardi Gras in New Orleans.
Downriver neighborhoods such as Bywater and Marigny have many undiscovered delights bpth planned and unplaned Festivals parties and events abound so come on down and be sure to bring your camrea .You can get close.
