"This isn't a typical I'm-stuck-in-a-rut-and-don't-want-to-exercise kind of excuse," says Rusty Roussel of Salvation Studio, an Uptown fitness studio on Magazine Street. "Everything is different. Some people don't have their old health clubs, and they are reluctant to start something new."
